Apu Biswas is considered the most commercially successful and critically acclaimed actress in Dhallywood, the Bangladeshi film industry. She was born in the city of Bogra on the 25^th of February to a Hindu Family. Since her childhood, Apu Biswas had developed a liking for acting and dancing. With the passage of time, she realized her dream and passion and stepped into the film industry.

She debuted in the year 2006, co-starred with actress Shabnur, in a film named Kaal Sokale. The film was a commercial success and Apu Biswas was appreciated for her acting skills. Thereafter, she acted in a number of successful movies in the next couple of years. Year 2007 brought her most successful movie yet, Dadima. The movie grossed high revenues at the Bangladeshi box office and was declared a blockbuster.
